Corrections especially. If something here is wrong, we would rather hear it from you than leave it standing.

If a figure, a regulatory claim or a tax point on this site is wrong, tell us. Include the page and, if you can, the source that contradicts us. Corrections are published in the update log on the page with the date and what changed — never a silent edit.
Regulatory and tax errors get priority. Those are the ones that can actually cost someone money.
We would genuinely like to hear it — a withdrawal that took longer than ours, a payment method that stopped working, a verification request we did not encounter, or simply that everything went fine.
Useful details: the platform, the approximate date, the method used, and what happened. We do not publish anyone's personal details, and we treat individual reports as leads to investigate rather than as evidence in themselves.
If you represent a platform: we are happy to receive factual corrections and we will publish them where warranted. We do not accept payment for reviews, do not offer sponsored placement, and do not adjust scores in exchange for commercial terms. Requests to do so will be published rather than answered.
Our trade logs, withdrawal timings and latency measurements are available to journalists and researchers on request. Say what you need and what it is for.
It is a scam, without exception. Recovery-fraud operators target people who have already lost money on unregulated platforms, and they find them through the same forums and groups. No legitimate service asks for payment upfront to recover funds from an offshore platform, because none of them can.
Risk warning. Binary options are high-risk speculative products and the majority of retail traders lose money. A payout percentage is the return on a winning trade, not an expected return. Quotex is not authorised by SEBI and appears on the RBI Alert List; Indian residents remitting funds to unauthorised platforms may be exposed under FEMA and have no local dispute resolution. Nothing on this page is investment, legal or tax advice. Consult a SEBI-registered adviser and a chartered accountant before acting. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose entirely.
