Three things decide how long this takes: which route you pick, whether your KYC name matches your bank records, and when you submit. Only one of them is outside your control.
Quotex states one to five business days. Crypto is generally fastest, card refunds slowest, and every route has the payment intermediary and your bank added on top. The single biggest avoidable delay is a name mismatch between your account and your bank records.
| Route | Typical speed | What adds time |
|---|---|---|
| USDT · TRC-20 | Fastest | Network confirmation only — no bank in the chain |
| UPI · via processor | Moderate | Processor batch cycle, then your bank's crediting time |
| Net banking · IMPS/NEFT | Moderate | Same as UPI, plus bank cut-off times |
| Card refund | Slowest | Card networks process refunds on their own schedule, typically several days |
| Card "withdrawals" on these platforms are technically refunds against your original deposit, which is why they follow the card network's refund timetable rather than a payout schedule. If speed matters, do not use the card route. | ||
Across user reports, the most frequent cause of a withdrawal sitting in review is not fraud screening or platform stalling. It is a name mismatch — the platform account registered with a middle initial the bank card does not carry, or a name entered in a different order.
The fix costs nothing and takes two minutes: before you deposit anything, open your account settings and make the name match your bank records character for character. Doing it afterwards means a document upload and a wait, at the exact moment you want your money.
Which means the platform will happily take your money without asking for a document, then ask for several when you try to take it back. Complete KYC deliberately, on day one, and this stops being a problem.
Quotex is not authorised in India. There is no Indian regulator supervising it, no ombudsman, and no practical route to an Indian court against an offshore entity.
That means no article — including this one — can tell you your withdrawal will be paid. What we can tell you is what shapes the timing, what causes the delays, and which of those are in your hands. If a page promises you guaranteed payouts from an unregulated platform, that page is not being honest with you.
Nothing is deducted at source. Section 194BA requires 30% TDS from Indian platforms; foreign ones withhold nothing, so the full amount arrives and the full liability remains yours. Set aside 31.2% of winnings as they land. Details in the tax guide.
Quotex states that withdrawals are processed within one to five business days, with crypto generally the fastest route and card refunds the slowest. On top of the platform's own processing, the payment intermediary and your bank each add time.
In practice, users commonly report crypto arriving inside a day and bank or card routes taking two to four days. Verification holds extend this.
There is no evidence of systematic refusal of legitimate withdrawals, and the platform has operated for years at scale. That is not the same as a guarantee: it is unregulated in India, so there is no obligation you could enforce and no forum in which to pursue one.
Almost always a verification hold. The most commonly reported trigger is a mismatch between the name on your platform account and the name on your bank or card records. Upload whatever document is requested promptly — the clock does not stop while the request sits in your inbox.
$10 on most routes, matching the minimum deposit. Crypto withdrawals can carry a slightly higher floor because of network fees.
Quotex does not charge one. What you lose is the currency spread on the way out, plus network fees on crypto — the same mechanic as on deposit, in reverse.
You can request it, but expect additional verification. Processors generally prefer to return funds along the path they arrived by, and deviating from that reliably adds days.
IaTraderPro Bot is a free Python robot with 13 built-in strategies and a web dashboard. Point it at a demo account, let it run, and read the log — you can also read every line of its source before you run it.
Why this matters in India: running the bot on a demo account is completely legal — no FEMA exposure, no RBI Alert List issue, no taxable event. It is the only way to test a strategy here at zero risk.
Enter your email and we send the bot plus a step-by-step install guide.
Risk warning. Binary options are high-risk speculative products and the majority of retail traders lose money. A payout percentage is the return on a winning trade, not an expected return. Quotex is not authorised by SEBI and appears on the RBI Alert List; Indian residents remitting funds to unauthorised platforms may be exposed under FEMA and have no local dispute resolution. Nothing on this page is investment, legal or tax advice. Consult a SEBI-registered adviser and a chartered accountant before acting. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose entirely.
