What we collect, what we do not, and how to get rid of it.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read, in which languages, and where readers come from. It sets cookies and processes data including a truncated IP address, device type, approximate location and pages viewed.
We operate Google Consent Mode. Declining in the cookie banner sets analytics and advertising storage to denied and your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage. You can clear it at any time by clearing site data.
We also record aggregate interaction events — which links are clicked, how far pages are read, which FAQ items are opened. These are not tied to an identifiable person.
If you request the free bot, we collect your email address and store it with our email provider, Kit (formerly ConvertKit). We record which page and which language the request came from so we can send the right file.
We use it to send you the bot and the install guide, and occasionally to send related content. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with brokers. Every email carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately, and you can ask us to delete your record entirely by writing to editorial@binaryoptionsindia.com.
If any page ever appears to ask you for a broker password or payment details, it is not us. Close it.
Clicking an affiliate link takes you to the platform's own site, which sets its own cookies under its own privacy policy. We receive aggregate reporting from affiliate programmes — clicks and conversions — not your personal details.

Analytics data is retained according to the Google Analytics default retention period. Email records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, after which they are removed from our provider.
If this policy changes materially we will note it on this page with the date. Last updated 26 August 2026.

Risk warning. Binary options are high-risk speculative products and the majority of retail traders lose money. A payout percentage is the return on a winning trade, not an expected return. Quotex is not authorised by SEBI and appears on the RBI Alert List; Indian residents remitting funds to unauthorised platforms may be exposed under FEMA and have no local dispute resolution. Nothing on this page is investment, legal or tax advice. Consult a SEBI-registered adviser and a chartered accountant before acting. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose entirely.
