Quotex withdrawal pending, account blocked or deposit missing: what to do

Most stuck money on Quotex comes down to one of four things: the normal processing window, a verification request sitting in your inbox, a name that does not match, or a payment processor that has not matched your UPI transfer. Here is how to tell which — and exactly what to send support.

Short answer

Give it the window Quotex itself states — 1–5 days for a withdrawal, and up to 5 business days after you send documents for verification. Inside that window, check your email for a verification request and make sure your profile name matches your bank. Outside it, write to support with your request ID and transaction reference. Never pay anyone who offers to "unblock" an account or "release" a withdrawal for a fee — that is a scam every time.

Withdrawal pending: the checklist

Quotex's own FAQ says a withdrawal takes "from one to five days" on average and that verification, when requested, takes no more than five business days after it receives your documents. So a request can legitimately sit for a week and a half if a document check lands in the middle. Work through this list before you assume the worst:

  1. Open your withdrawal history in the account and note the request's status, date, amount and method.
  2. Search your email, including spam, for a verification request. Quotex notifies by email and/or SMS, and the clock does not run in your favour while the request goes unanswered.
  3. Compare your profile name with your bank account name, character for character. A missing middle initial is enough to stall a payout.
  4. Check you are withdrawing by the method you deposited with. The FAQ's own example: deposit by Visa, withdraw by Visa. A card deposit cannot come back to UPI.
  5. Do not cancel and resubmit repeatedly. From the third withdrawal on the same day, Quotex charges 3% on each one.
  6. Write to support from inside the platform, from the email you registered with, and include: request ID, date and time, amount, method, and the UPI ID or wallet address it should reach. Keep a copy.

Account blocked or suspended

The one reason Quotex spells out in its FAQ is a mismatch: if the data in your registration does not match the documents you submit, "your individual profile may be blocked". The fix it gives is to contact technical support and correct the profile.

Other causes users commonly report are a second account in the same name, and deposits from a payment method in someone else's name — a friend's UPI ID or a family member's card. Both break the basic rule that the account, the documents and the money all belong to one person.

  • Ask for the reason in writing, and ask what you must send to restore access or withdraw your balance.
  • Send documents whose name matches your bank account exactly. Mixing an Aadhaar spelling with a different bank spelling restarts the problem.
  • Keep everything: tickets, emails, screenshots of the balance on the day it was blocked.
⚠️

There is no Indian body to appeal to

Quotex is not authorised in India, so there is no SEBI complaint, no RBI ombudsman and no practical court route against it. Support is the only channel. That is the strongest argument for keeping only what you can afford to lose on the platform, and for testing a small withdrawal early.

UPI deposit debited but not credited

A UPI deposit does not go to Quotex directly. It goes to a payment processor, which then credits your Quotex balance. When the two do not match up, the money has left your bank but the balance has not moved.

  1. Find the UTR — the 12-digit UPI reference in your UPI app's transaction details. It is the one number that proves the payment.
  2. Send support the UTR, amount, time and a screenshot of the transaction, from your registered email.
  3. Give it a working day. Processor batches are often reconciled the same or next day.
  4. If it is still missing, raise a complaint on the transaction in your UPI app, or with your bank, quoting the UTR.

Only ever pay from inside the platform's own deposit screen. A UPI ID sent to you in a chat, "for faster credit", is not Quotex.

The second scam: "recovery" and "unblock" offers

People searching for help with a stuck withdrawal are a target. The pattern is always the same: an account on Telegram, WhatsApp or Instagram calling itself Quotex support, an "account manager" or a recovery agent, who can release the money — after a "verification fee", an "unlock tax" or a "minimum balance top-up".

  • Quotex does not charge a fee to release a withdrawal. Its FAQ lists one withdrawal fee: 3% from the third withdrawal of the day.
  • Nobody legitimate asks for your password, OTP or screen-share.
  • If you have already paid one of these, call 1930 immediately — our fraud reporting guide has the steps.

Straight answers

Withdrawal & account problems — frequently asked

How long does a Quotex withdrawal take?

Quotex states one to five days on average from the date of the request. If it asks you to verify your account, it says verification takes no more than five business days from receiving your documents.

Why is my Quotex withdrawal pending for more than 5 days?

Usually an unanswered verification request, a profile name that does not match your bank, or a withdrawal requested by a different method from your deposit. Check your email and spam, fix the name, and contact support with the request ID, amount, method and date.

Why was my Quotex account blocked?

The reason Quotex gives in its FAQ is registration data that does not match the documents you submit. Users also commonly report blocks for duplicate accounts or for depositing from a payment method in someone else's name. Ask support in writing for the reason and the steps to restore access.

My UPI deposit to Quotex was debited but not credited. What should I do?

Find the 12-digit UTR in your UPI app, send it to Quotex support with the amount, time and a screenshot, and allow a working day. If it is still missing, raise a complaint on that transaction in your UPI app or with your bank.

Does Quotex charge a withdrawal fee?

According to its FAQ, deposits are free and the first two withdrawals of a day are free; from the third withdrawal within the same day, a 3% fee applies to each one. Payment systems may add their own fees or conversion rates.

Can someone unblock my Quotex account for a fee?

No. Anyone on Telegram, WhatsApp or Instagram offering to unblock an account or release a withdrawal for a fee is running a scam. Report it on 1930 or cybercrime.gov.in.
